Finish the other half of a flower by drawing across the dotted mirror line. This free printable set has four black-and-white designs: a five-petal flower, tulip, round-petal flower and flower in a pot. Each activity has a separate complete mirrored picture for checking, and the drawings can be colored afterwards.

Choose One of Four Half Pictures
Each page shows the left half of a stylized flower and leaves the right half blank. The dotted vertical line is the mirror line. The task is to put each missing shape on the opposite side, the same distance from that line.

Choose the tulip for a simpler shape or a round-petal design for more repeated curves. The flower-in-a-pot page includes the container too: look at its rim and sloping side as well as the petals. These are decorative art drawings, not plant identification diagrams.
Work from the Line Outwards
Start where an outline touches the mirror line. Look at how far it curves away, then make a matching curve on the blank side. Check the top and bottom of a petal before adding the smaller lines.

For help, an adult can point to one part of the printed half and ask where its partner should be. There is no grid to count and no requirement to draw a perfect traced copy. Use a light pencil line so a curve can be adjusted without making the page difficult to read.
Compare with the Complete Flower
The answer file contains four full pictures in the same order as the activities. Each is formed by reflecting the printed half across the center line, including the leaves and container when present. Keep it aside until the drawing is finished, or use it to show the idea before a first attempt.

Compare the main outline first, then the inner details. Coloring is optional and can happen after checking. Different coloring choices do not change the outline-matching task.
Print a Single Activity or the Whole Set
The activity-only file has four pages and the answer-only file has four. The complete pack combines all eight, with activities first. Choose one page in your PDF viewer if you only want a short drawing activity.

Use the A4 or US Letter version matching your paper and portrait orientation. Fit to printable area is suitable because both halves share one page and scale together. A black-and-white printer, ordinary paper and a pencil are enough.
You may print these files for personal, family and classroom activities. Share this resource page with another adult rather than selling or rehosting the PDFs.
