Doodle Orchard provides downloadable activity pages for adults preparing activities with children. You can use the free downloads without registering or giving us information about a child.
When you contact us
Email is optional. A message sent to support@doodleorchard.com includes your email address and anything you choose to write or attach. We use that correspondence to answer questions, correct resources and handle permission requests. Please leave out unnecessary personal details about children.
Technical records and measurement
Our web host and Cloudflare process connection, security and error records, including requested paths, times and IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare also measures page-loading and connection performance through its browser beacon. Self-hosted, cookie-free Umami provides aggregate information about page visits, referring sources, device types and approximate location. We also measure resource views and download-link clicks. Marked affiliate links and visible recommendation cards may generate events containing the resource identifier, destination host and path, a short link label and card identifiers. Destination query parameters are excluded from those link-event properties.
Campaign labels on incoming social links can connect a visit with later link interactions during that visit. This does not give us retailer orders or commissions. The analytics integration respects Do Not Track and does not add cookies or persistent browser storage. Guide search filters the visible collection in your browser; we do not send the search text as an analytics event.
Services and retention
Hosting, security, analytics and email providers handle the records needed to operate these features. We do not sell personal information. Messages and technical records are retained according to their usefulness for support, security and applicable obligations, rather than an invented fixed period. We do not provide visitor accounts, comments, a newsletter, payment processing or a contact form.
