Choose an apple, bananas, an orange, a pear, a strawberry, grapes, a watermelon slice or a pineapple. Each free black-and-white page has one complete fruit design and a large outline name that can be colored too. Some pictures have one broad open shape; others offer seeds, segments or a repeating pattern.
Print one favorite for a short coloring break, offer a few choices at a table, or keep the collection in a folder. Ordinary paper and crayons or colored pencils are enough to start. No cutting or assembly is needed.

Apple
A plump apple has one broad body, a short stem and an attached leaf. Start with the large fruit shape, then choose another color for the leaf. The plain space beside it is ready for a second apple of your own.

Bananas
Three curved bananas meet at one stem. Their separate outlines let you give each banana a different shade or keep the bunch one color. The wide curved shapes are a different choice from the round apple and orange pages.

Orange
This orange is shown as a cut half, with a broad rind around its segments. Color the rind and the inside separately, or alternate colors between the open sections. The small space at the center can stay white.

Pear
The pear has a narrow neck above a broad rounded base, with one leaf beside the stem. Choose a single body color or draw small dots over it before coloring. There is plenty of open space for your own background.

Strawberry
A leafy cap sits above a large strawberry with outlined seeds. The seeds can have their own color instead of being printed solid black. Choose a body color first, then decide whether to match all the seeds or vary them.

Grapes
A compact bunch of grapes has large rounded berries, a short stem and one leaf. Try coloring neighboring grapes differently, or use one shade for the whole bunch. The overlapping outlines show which circles sit in front of others.

Watermelon
A triangular watermelon wedge has a curved rind and three large outlined seeds. Give the rind a separate color from the open center, or add a second stripe to the rind. The picture is one slice, with no extra fruit to finish.

Pineapple
The pineapple has a pointed leafy crown above a broad body divided into diamonds. Use a repeated pair of colors in the body or keep it one shade. The large crown leaves provide another set of spaces to color separately.

Print the Pages You Want
Open the chosen PDF in portrait orientation and match the paper size to the file. Fit to printable area is fine for these coloring pictures, because the drawings do not depend on exact measurements. Check the preview for a complete picture and visible lettering before printing.
Try one sheet on ordinary white paper before making more copies. Crayons and colored pencils need no extra preparation. If using markers, put spare paper underneath and follow the guidance for your paper and pens. The large outline name can be colored as part of the page or left plain.
Make a Small Coloring Moment
For a pretend fruit stand, let each child choose a different page and color it. Arrange the finished sheets together, then invite them to decide what their stand would be called. The printed pictures can stay whole; no little fruit pieces need to be cut out.
For a smaller coloring moment, put out the apple and pineapple pages so there is a choice between one broad shape and a patterned body. Ask which part the child wants to begin with. A finished page can remain simple or gain a basket, a table or a made-up background.
